About us

Lauren Finestone

Master of Science (Coaching Psych), Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Accredited Organisational Coach

Lauren was a senior lawyer and leader in the private and public legal sectors for over 20 years before her passion for supporting others to clarify and achieve the change they want to see in their lives led to a successful career shift.

She has over 7 years of experience coaching senior, middle and emerging leaders in different industries in the corporate, public and for-purpose sectors. Lauren works with clients to clarify and achieve their career goals, improve their confidence, performance and impact and deal with complex personal, leadership and organisational challenges.

That may mean helping them to understand and overcome old stories, self-limiting beliefs, patterns of behaviour and influences in the systems we live and work in that keep us stuck. Or helping them identify their values and unique strengths to successfully achieve a role, career or other life transition. She also works with leaders to create positive and sustainable ripple effects in their teams and organisations.

Lauren’s approach helps clients to ‘make the invisible, visible’, which brings about new awareness, perspectives, possibilities and ongoing growth that serve them long after the coaching has ended.

She has a toolkit of practical and evidence-based approaches from behavioural science, leadership practice and psychology — including positive psychology, ACT and adult development — that she uses to meet her clients’ specific needs.

She partners with clients in safe, non-judgemental, curious conversations that provoke new ways of thinking, with the right balance of support and challenge, so they can move with confidence towards their goals.
